Lyon Furniture endeavours to supply quality product, manufactured
wherever possible using Australian materials and labour.
Lyon Furniture guarantees their products for a period of
5 Years from manufacture to be free from manufacturing defects.
Lyon Furniture guarantee their product to be supplied fit
for purpose as offered in current product catalogue, and as
confirmed by Lyon Furniture after receiving retailers order.
Due to varying customer requirements, cable holes through desktops
or elsewhere will be supplied only on specific customer request
and as confirmed by Lyon Furniture.
This guarantee does not cover misuse or damage due to acts
of God or exposure to extreme conditions, prolonged exposure
to direct sunlight, scratches, burns, or inappropriate use
or use of inappropriate cleaning products or breakage of glass,
or damage to 3rd party property.
This guarantee does not cover damage by carrier beyond the
first point of delivery by Lyon Furniture, be that the retailers
premises or the nominated retailers agents depot or premises.
This guarantee does not cover cost of transport beyond the
first point of delivery by Lyon Furniture. The cost of transport
to and from the first point of delivery shall be the responsibility
of the purchaser.
In the case of a complaint under this guarantee the customer
should contact the retail supplier with proof of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear and in
the case of faulty hardware, does not cover labour for onsite
fitting.
Lyon Furniture reserves the right to determine manufacturing
faults and repair any product covered by this guarantee.
As solid timber is a natural product, this guarantee does
not cover minor movement of timber panels over time.
